One big problem with these reviews, and this site, is that there is no date of review. Was this reviewed in 2006 or last week?

You say it’s more suitable for large operation, but no large operation is going to pay 2.5% per swipe.

WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE!!! NEVER PURCHASE THIS EQUIPMENT!! Equipment came to us in January 2016, sales rep, Gene (Merlin) Olson, never finished his promises, which included, free gift cards, free set up and install, low prices, reimburse for payments that have came out of our account, the list goes on and on and on. Equipment is still sitting in the corner, not connected, not useable!! I have contacted his “boss”, ADAM, who will never answer your call, and never call you back. CLOVER says they will lnot let us return the equipment because it is over 30 days, since the purchase. WHAT A SCAM!!! Worst customer service ever!!! And, payments have been coming out of our account since January, for equipment I can not use.

One ver big problem I have found with The Bindo system is if you have a physical store presence and web presence, their software is not capable of adding tax at the POS level and eliminated it when needed on out of state web sales. I have not used the store in the 6 months I have been using their service for that reason. Go elsewhere if you need your system to be able to define between the two.
